Thanks for the response. I am very glad to know that H1 can be transferred to new company with existing perm application. If the transfer takes place, we will be aiming to apply for a new Perm from the new company asap or before 30-Sep-2010.
Can you please confirm applying for new Perm with new company before Sep 2010 will be enough to request extension beyond Sep 2011?

However, once approved, the PERM will "expire" if no I-140 is filed within 180 days, and eligibility for further one year extensions would end. Anybody out there with Self and Spouse EAD Card approved from NSC, but Self actual physical EAD card arrived but Spouse physical EAD card did not arrive at the usual time say 5 days after approval.

I ahve also heard about cards being stolen from the Kentucky facility. So, anybody out there who had to file for a replacement card for self or spouse.
"Card production ordered" is the first status that you will see and then it will change to "Approval notice sent". Tentatively, Your card will be postmarked with the date when your status changed to "Approval notice sent" and it takes upto 4 calendar days to receive the card through mail. Usually, approval notice goes to attorney on file for 765, if you have filed G28 otherwise you will receive it. Call USCIS and find out whether the card is ordered then ask for follow-up actions and decide whether to file for replacement card. There is no separate form for replacement cards - you will still be using same 765 form; I guess, same processing time applies - you may expedite by taking infopass after receiving the receipt notice for your replacement card by providing the letter from the employer. Hope this helps.

Can we follow up case details only with WAC Receipt from both TSC and NSC.

Did you report that you used AC-21 to USCIS? If so, then it might be triggered a LUD in your 485. Nothing to worrry.

It means you will be able to get your EAD in a few weeks, based on your ability to file for I-485. The real thing ... well it can take anywhere between 8-9 months to more than 3 years, depending on how quickly FBI completes your name check and how slow or fast the USCIS service center is.
Does a current PD mean you're getting your GC in a few weeks or does it mean "we've started working on it, we'll let you know":)

I am July 23rd concurent Filer (Texas service Center), day before yesterday received FP notice but no other reciepts. wrote email to Lawyer to update.
Guys, According to following URL, it seems that all july filers should get the RN by now irrespective of the processing centers. I am 24th July filer but still did not get the RNs so far. Are other ppl also in same boat? Please let me know. I am worried now.

As the way I understood it, even your PD is not current, they are starting to pre-adjudicate some cases so that the Visa Center would know more or less how many visas are needed and how big the backlog is. This effort tries to eliminate unused visas and utilize most of it. So the way I see it is, USCIS pre-adjudicates cases, then those who are "pre-approve" will be sorted on a different place maybe database which will be submitted to the Visa Center. Now, once your PD comes (Visa Center is the one responsible for monthly Visa Bulletin), Visa Center will tell USCIS that this case is ok, USCIS then sends you your GC.

I think all Gravitation was saying is PD needs to be after 1st May 2001.
This is an interesting theory about EB3 ppl moving to EB2 and jamming EB2 as well. Good for EB3 ppl having PB in 2003 at least.
Although it does scare me that even if 20% people moved to EB2, and EB2 is now stagnant, so how many more are left in EB3 before June 2003.

Sadly fantastic as Photoshop is it's not vector based, so anything you export to Flash can end up looking weird and stretched.
Have you tried using Illustrator? It's very similar to Photoshop in the effects and tools that you have available, with the added advantage that is is vector based. So you can draw in Illustrator and then export it into a Flash movie.
The only thing I'd add to this is that sometimes it will throw up errors about .eps files (no idea why) and you have to export it as a .swf and import that into Flash. Either way though, this should solve the problem.

Below is the link where the new forms are posted on the USCIS website. Also note that beside each form under "Edition" colum it says: "Previous editions accepted." for I-485, I-765, I-131. So you can use either the new forms or the olf forms. But if you are applying based on Department of State’s July Visa Bulletin No. 107 you can file your application till August 17th 2007 and have to pay the old fee.
In fact USCIS posted on 7/30/2007 for I-765 previos versions will not be accepted. but they have updated the website on 7/31/2007 that previos versions will be accepted for I-765.
So do not worry about which version of the form you are using. Make sure you are including the correct fee.

I thank you all for your encouraging and kind response.
The new job I have is like a contract job to a client. A big consulting firm has hired me. So, I have not yet spoken to them about any letters that I may require in future should there be an RFE.
My situation was very desperate to get a job...i was without job for more then 3 months and its hard to run a family...and I came to the point where we were planning to return back home....but I got the job just in the last minute, i must say....The requirement for the job was, only GC or Citizens. I told them I am on EAD they said fine we can take you as long as we don't have to sponsor you....So, I took it.
The other issue is, I am getting paid far less then what I used to get. ..so, I don't know if that's acceptable or not with regards to the GC process.
But the work is same. What I used to do earlier, I am doing the same kind of job here with the new client.
So, all these factors has caused lot of confusion in my mind whether to continue with old address or not. I still have 2 more months on the lease for the old apt address...so I got some more time to think about this job.
